TK blinked and shook her head again, trying to force the blurry world around her to resolve itself into something coherent again, through sheer willpower alone. For her, that was usually enough to accomplish any task...but this time it was proving otherwise. Whatever she'd been drugged with this time, it had really packed a whallop. So much so, in fact, that she couldn't really remember just how it had happened, or what she'd been doing prior. At home, maybe? That felt right, but...
"Ahh...awake just in time!" a voice suddenly crowed, too-cheerily, interrupting TK's muzzy thoughts. Her head snapped over to face the direction from which the voice had come, and she tried to leap to confront the presumable architect of her drugging...but that was when she discovered the ropes which kept her pinned to the chair. And her muffled growl brought the thick, jaw-cleaving gag-cloth to her attention as well.
"Grrrrlmph..." she snarled, blinking a few more times to get a better look at the fuzzy figure. She didn't think she recognized him...though there was something faintly familiar about the fiend. "Whmpgh urrgh ynnnh?!"
"Just a humble artist, TK..." the man replied, with that same smugly matter-of-fact tone. He was smiling, and she hated him for that. "One with an eye for the 'life' in the world around me...and an appreciation for the spirited, the brave, and the strong. All of which you have shown yourself to be - if you don't mind me complimenting you so." From his tone, it wouldn't have mattered much to her if she had objected strenuously - though just then she wasn't much up to doing anything strenuously, verbal or otherwise. There was an undeniable undercurrent of respect in the kidnapper's tone that seemed almost genuine. But maybe it was just the drug still in her system that was making it seem so to TK...
"Wh-whnngh...dggh ynnh wnnght wmphth mnnh...?" she groaned, fighting her way past another wave of dizziness, working to drag her head back up and continue to glare at him. The moment passed quickly, leaving her feeling a little better than before in its wake. But the captive tiger-girl still felt physically-weakened, even as her faculties were returning to her. Bad stuff she'd been drugged with, indeed...
"To make you my masterpiece,of course!" he chuckled, as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. "So, if you'll be so kind as to sit as still as possible, it would help the process immensely. Though, I must say that I'm glad you're awake now...it's so hard to capture the essence of one such as yourself when you're at rest. But if you keep your resistance to a minimum, this will all go more smoothly and quickly, and then you can be on your way. I don't imagine that it will take more than a few months for me to do all the pieces I have planned with you, provided you cooperate..."
I guess he could have just ask TK to model for his pictures. But that wouldn't be as much fun, I guess. When will the Cody&Brynn story continue btw? And why is that artist such a lucky guy?
True, true...and I speak from personal experience on that second point... ^_~

The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
